The winter season with its long, dark, blustery days, can leave you feeling heavy, sluggish, out of sorts and maybe even a bit lonely. But you can shift your energy by giving yourself the time, space and experience of Illumination Women’s Winter Retreat.
This virtual retreat is an invitation to come in, to create a short respite just for you. From the comfort of your home or cozy space of your choice, you will snuggle up, go inward, and stoke your internal fire.
This experience is just a small slice of our 3 day in-person retreat with many of the same elements to cultivate a deeper level of awareness, leave you feeling pampered, renew your energy and, of course, make sure you have fun!

Here’s an idea of the flow of the day. . .
The day will begin with getting to know each other and a centering activity.
We will then do an energizing movement practice.
After a short break, we’ll delve into our learning session.
Next, you’ll be given a self-care assignment to do on your own.
Then we’ll join back together to do a virtual cooking class.
You’ll have some free time to experience a nature activity.
Our second learning session will follow.
Next, you’ll be given instructions for a creative activity.
Then we’ll move through a relaxing movement practice.
Our day will conclude with a closing.

+ What do I need for the retreat?
You will need to have a quiet space, ideally without interruptions, and anything that creates coziness for you.
+ Is there a discount if I sign up with a friend?

+ What level of movement/yoga will you be doing?
All movement practices will be at a beginner level and accessible to everyone.
+ Will I need to get the ingredients for the meal?
Yes, a detailed shopping list will be sent ahead of time.
+ Is the whole day on Zoom or will there be breaks?
You will have breaks throughout the day and even be given specific assignments to do on your own, including time outside if possible.
Hi there, I’m Victoria Lahr!
I’m the owner of Illumination Coaching and Yoga. I am a wife, mother of four dynamic adult children, a holistic life and integrative health coach and a yoga instructor.
Life has taught me that so many of our cultural norms threaten to keep us unhappy, unhealthy and looking outside ourselves for validation. This personal experience has led me to my passion of guiding and supporting people to live their most authentic and health-filled lives.
My approach is rooted in a holistic view of a person’s life, including the connection between their mind, body and spirit. I believe when the whole person is taken into account, true healing, growth and happiness are the result.
I help my clients and students bring clarity to their “why” and then together we design a path that is customized to their specific goals, circumstances and individuality. This personalized process has been extremely beneficial for those I work with and an incredible honor to facilitate.
