Illumination Women's Winter Retreat

Revitalize Your Mind, Body and Spirit Through Food, Nature and Movement

A cozy weekend getaway to start 2022 with a restored, nourished and aligned YOU! Return feeling renewed and inspired to make your intentions for the new year come true.

January 21st-23rd, 2022 | Cuyuna, MN

Imagine what it would feel like to be completely replenished - mind, body and soul.

I know you - you are a giver.  You care for, you plan, you think of everything and everyone ELSE. But when is it your turn?

The busyness of the holidays likely has you caught up in doing, doing, and more doing rather than creating space for being. Your focus inevitably lands on all things out there, instead of time to reflect on what is in here

That’s all good and fine, until it isn’t. Until you’re spinning in circles, overwhelmed, feeling disconnected, run down, and just plain depleted.

It doesn’t have to be that way. You can take a real break from all of it!

Once the holidays are over, after you’ve done all the giving, it’s time for you to receive. It’s time to come back to you. It’s time for your own space to reflect and just be. Time to fill yourself up again. Time to reconnect to what is truly important for you in the year ahead.

This retreat is a bit of time carved out for just you.
No one to answer to, no one calling your name- life will be put on pause.

Your days will be filled with the perfect balance of play, restoration, coziness, and enriching experiences all rooted in self-care.

You will:

Learn about healthy eating by preparing nutritious meals together.

Immerse yourself in the elements of nature to connect you with your True nature.

Explore the wisdom and power of your body through movement.

Gain clarity of what is truly important to you and how to cultivate it in your day to day life.

Bring awareness to what gets in the way of living your best life.

Determine what true self-care looks like for you and how to integrate it into your current routine.

Create a vision of the upcoming year that aligns with your unique path.

Join us for the retreat and you will leave feeling:

Refreshed, recentered, nurtured, connected, radiant, nourished, with excitement and clarity for the year ahead.

What do you want to create in 2022?

The most powerful tool for creating the lives we want is visualization. This portion of the day will be about clarifying, seeing and feeling, into your vision of the new year.

Hi there, I’m Victoria Lahr!

I’m the owner of Illumination Coaching and Yoga. I am a wife, mother of four dynamic adult children, a holistic life and integrative health coach and a yoga instructor.

Life has taught me that so many of our cultural norms threaten to keep us unhappy, unhealthy and looking outside ourselves for validation. This personal experience has led me to my passion of guiding and supporting people to live their most authentic and health-filled lives.

My approach is rooted in a holistic view of a person’s life, including the connection between their mind, body and spirit. I believe when the whole person is taken into account, true healing, growth and happiness are the result.

I help my clients and students bring clarity to their “why” and then together we design a path that is customized to their specific goals, circumstances and individuality. This personalized process has been extremely beneficial for those I work with and an incredible honor to facilitate.
