Saturday
Pulling Weeds and Nourishing the Soil
Everyone has “weeds” and imbalances in their “life gardens” that get in the way of living our best lives.
This day will be all about clearing and cleansing the way with loving self-compassion and then deeply replenishing your energy.
Sunday
Grow
What is your most beautiful vision for your “life garden”?
How will you tend to it so it can bloom and grow?
Our final day will bring it all together.
You will use all we’ve learned to create your “life garden” vision and then devise a plan to intentionally care for it and bring it to fruition.
Finally, we will celebrate!
If you are wanting. . .
Time in nature
Nutritious and delicious food

Hi there, I’m Victoria Lahr!
I’m the owner of Illumination Coaching and Yoga. I am a wife, mother of four dynamic adult children, a holistic life and integrative health coach and a yoga instructor.
Life has taught me that so many of our cultural norms threaten to keep us unhappy, unhealthy and looking outside ourselves for validation. This personal experience has led me to my passion of guiding and supporting people to live their most authentic and health-filled lives.
My approach is rooted in a holistic view of a person’s life, including the connection between their mind, body and spirit. I believe when the whole person is taken into account, true healing, growth and happiness are the result.
I help my clients and students bring clarity to their “why” and then together we design a path that is customized to their specific goals, circumstances and individuality. This personalized process has been extremely beneficial for those I work with and an incredible honor to facilitate.
