Preserving

How do you seal your jar?

In our final day together you will discern how to best protect and sustain your vitality as you move into the next season of your life.

  • With a beautiful home on the lake there is an amazing atmosphere at the retreat but the true benefit to this space is the grounded feeling that comes from the energy Victoria and Julie bring. I was able to connect with nature and immerse myself in the beautiful surroundings while finding awareness to return home with increased mindfulness and restored energy. Thank you for the inspirational learning and discovery in a safe and inviting space.

  • Illumination Women's Retreat provides what they promise, a revitalization-mind, body and spirit. Victoria and Julie have a way of making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. Both women have a separate skill set that work together beautifully to set up a space for vulnerability and transformation to occur. The food is nourishing and plentiful and the sunsets are breathtaking. I will be back.

    Shelly — St Paul, MN

  • The level of love, connection, thoughtfulness you two put into this retreat was truly mind blowing and deeply touching. This could not have been any different for me or meant any more to my future life. Thank you both so much. You are incredible!

Hi there, I’m Victoria Lahr!

I’m the owner of Illumination Coaching and Yoga. I am a wife, mother of four dynamic adult children, a holistic life and integrative health coach and a yoga instructor.

Life has taught me that so many of our cultural norms threaten to keep us unhappy, unhealthy and looking outside ourselves for validation. This personal experience has led me to my passion of guiding and supporting people to live their most authentic and health-filled lives.

My approach is rooted in a holistic view of a person’s life, including the connection between their mind, body and spirit. I believe when the whole person is taken into account, true healing, growth and happiness are the result.

I help my clients and students bring clarity to their “why” and then together we design a path that is customized to their specific goals, circumstances and individuality. This personalized process has been extremely beneficial for those I work with and an incredible honor to facilitate.

. . . and this is Julie Holmgren

I’d like to introduce my sister, Julie Holmgren, as the guest presenter for this retreat. She is a Homeopathic practitioner, yoga teacher, mother of two grown children and grandmother of four beautiful grandchildren. Julie has a passion for health, nature, and all things food. I’m so excited to facilitate this retreat with her because her presence makes everything more fun!
